Funny Blood was invited to visit the local GP surgery at Tunnel Hill in Upton Upon Severn for a Your Health in Partnership Community Day. Wear blue for Funny Blood 22/06/2012

We hope all of our supporters will Wear blue for Funny Blood on Friday 22 June 2012 to raise awareness of Platelet Function Disorder.

The event hopes to include many local individuals, schools and businesses wearing blue to raise awareness of Platelet Function Disorder. There is an optional donation being requested from those involved and any monies raised will go to fund research into the condition – at The University of Birmingham.

Funny Blood BBQ 2012

Funny Blood’s BBQ event was a great success – raising over £1,500 for research into Platelet Function Disorders. We were lucky enough to avoid the rain and the floods had receded despite the inclement weather the week before. Our supporters enjoyed a burger and had their faces painted at Clive’s Fruit Farm.
